pecial Judicial Magistrate issued non-bailable warrant of an
accused Shabbir Ahmad in a case filed U/s 377 PPC. Complainant Abdul Quddos has alleged that act of sodomy was committed
with hi
s nephew Ali Ahmed. The
accused was associated
with a web Queek Pk and LGBT an NGO. He did not appear bef
ore the court on various hearings. Sardar Ahmad advocate appeared bef
ore the court today on behalf of the complainant.
